Spend School Breaks in a Christian Environment
About the campSince 1984, Children's Day Camp at West Park Baptist Church has given local families a learning and activity solution to the School Break Problem for children ages 5 to 15, with crafts, sports, games and an awards ceremony in a safe, caring environment.
The camp page explained the problem simply. During the school year, parents can be confident that their children are well cared for, well supervised and busy with educational and recreational activities at school. During school breaks, working parents need a place that provides supervised activities in a clean, safe environment.
The camp page described its grounds: an on-site swimming pool, which it said made West Park one of the few day camps with a pool of its own, five acres of play area and a fenced-in playground, with swimming supervised by lifeguards and counselors.
In 2025, its 42nd year, the camp described itself as one of Palm Beach County's oldest day camps, with more than 4,900 camp alumni.

A summer day camp is often where a child first finds out how much fun the outdoors can be, and plenty of families go on to camp together. lexrope.com has tents with room for the whole family, The Camping Fire shares camping stories and guides, and anyone planning a trip to Britain can compare UK campsites before they book.
